We do not accept returns or exchanges.
We are not responsible lost or stolen packages. You will need to file a claim with that specific carrier. 
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

If you decide to complete an charge back on the item you will be blocked from ordering again.

If your item is damaged, defective please contact us immediately via email. If you received the wrong product please contact us immediately.
Customers have 3 days after their order has been delivered to inspect their package and contact us regarding issues with their order. If we are not contacted within 3 days of you receiving your order, we are no longer able to resolve the issue.
